Market Research
As always, Jolly Road Productions was all over the U.S. shooting research for advertising agencies, research companies and fortune 500 clients. We keep the names of our recent clients and the brands we’re researching confidential as our work is part of ongoing campaigns. Suffice it to say, it was interesting and we enjoyed it. Using our state of the art cameras, good sound and a little style lighting, we captured conversations about choices, about a way of life, about everyday struggles and about hope. Whether the topic is breakfast cereal or new cars, there’s always something interesting to capture.
Captain America, The First Avenger
We shot a spot of Chris Evans for Empire Magazine and their new iPad edition. He is the star of Captain America, the Paramount / Marvel Comics movie in theatres, July 22nd. www.empireonline.com
Microsoft Commercial
We shot the hidden footage for the U.S. series of ‘I’m a PC’ Microsoft commercials. Microsoft built a PC store in the house of unsuspecting folks who one way or another, didn’t think they needed a new computer.
Various Other Projects
We produced a very special “Thank You” video celebrating a top donor at a gala dinner featuring the mayor of Los Angeles. We shot interviews of the very impressive President & CEO of Silgan Containers, Thomas Synder and Sr. VP, Rick Brewer, celebrated for receiving Hormel Foods #1 Supplier Award. We were contracted by Global investing expert, and Chief Investment Strategist for Money Map Press and Money Morning, Keith Fitz-Gerald, to shoot a discussion he lead at the Skirbull Cultural Center in Los Angeles. Keith is one of those guys who knows how to command the attention of a packed audience. He’s a frequent guest on Fox Business’ Varney & Co. and Bulls & Bears, and a contributor of MarketWatch, Reuters, AOL Finance, and Bloomberg.

We produced a short narrative film currently entered in film festivals nation wide. We’ll put a link online soon.
Extreme Sports: The Rewards & Consequences
Jolly Road is currently in pre-production on a documentary about extreme athletes and the highs and lows of the thrills they seek.
