Award Winner!!! (Again)

We're proud to announce our second award in partnership with APTMetrics, the Human Resource Management (HRM) Impact Award. 

PepsiCo awarded a 2018 HRM Impact Award for its project, “PepsiCo’s Global Leadership Assessment & Development (LeAD) Program.”

The project, for which Jolly Road was the filmmaking partner, has helped PepsiCo identify and develop internal talent, from early career to senior executives, as well as focus on the future capabilities needed for success.

The HRM Impact Award is an international honor given by SIOP, SHRM and their respective Foundations that recognizes organizations with outstanding evidence-based HR management practices.

Jolly Road’s founder, David Kalisher, was first contracted to write a screenplay for the program five+ years ago. Over the subsequent 5 years, APT Metrics contracted David and Jolly Road to write, direct and produce four new films for “PepsiCo’s Global Leadership Assessment & Development (LeAD) Program.” It’s been a pleasure!
